We have had a fabulous 3 weeks catching up with a couple of friends in London as we passed through and then heaps of people in and around Jo’burg.
It has been so nice to have more time than we normally do when we visit. To be able to spend ‘proper’ time with friends – catching up on lives, spending time with kids etc. Jean has even managed to get a manicure and pedicure (separately) from two of our friends’ daughters.
Tomorrow we fly to Cape Town to spend time there doing more of the same.
We are 7 months into our Walbok Walkabout adventure… so far, so good!
Hope you enjoy some vino down in the Cape! See if you can find a "good" pinotage tee hee hee (just kidding, I like pinotage!)
ReplyDeleteCheers, Louise
Thanks Louise. We will certainly try to find a good pinotage as well as trying a few other varietals of course!
